Terms and Conditions Policy for DFN TRADING L.L.C in Dubai Market on Custom Apparel Products
Introduction
DFN TRADING L.L.C (“DFN TRADING,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a company based in Dubai that provides custom apparel products (“Products”) to customers in the Dubai market. By accessing or using our website (dfntrading.ae), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this policy. Ordering Process
2.1. To place an order for Products, you must provide us with accurate and complete information about the Products you want to order, including the design, size, quantity, and any other relevant details.
2.2. We reserve the right to reject any order that we deem to be incomplete, inaccurate, or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
2.3. Once we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email with the details of your order, including the total cost of the Products and the estimated delivery date.
Payment
3.1. Payment for Products must be made in full at the time of ordering.
3.2. We accept payment by credit card or bank transfer. 3.3. If payment is not received within 7 days of the order being placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Shipping and Delivery
4.1. We will use our best efforts to deliver the Products to you within the estimated delivery date provided in the confirmation email. However, we cannot guarantee delivery by the estimated delivery date.
4.2. We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by third-party shipping companies or any other factors beyond our control.
4.3. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the Products.
Returns and Refunds
5.1. We will accept returns of Products only if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. You must notify us of any defects or damages within 48 hours of receiving the Products.
5.2. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the Products must be returned to us in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received.
